The information gathered is required so we can process your order effectively and efficiently. If you have subscribed to our newsletter then your email address will be used to update you on new products, sales and news.

We keep the information we hold from you for a period of 7 years of inactivity.
What do we do with the information?
Your details are sensitive, and we respect that. The information is stored at our premises on our software program which is fully encrypted. We do not pass on this information to 3rd parties and the information given remains our property.
Only the staff who work for Funx have access to your files and these are only access to complete orders or send marketing emails if you have subscribed. We do not store email information in our email providers contact list.
Marketing
We offer a double opt-in policy. This means that if you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive a confirmation email to enable you to validate your subscription.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of all the information we hold for you. This request will be done within 1 month of the request and is free of charge.
You have the right to opt-out of any of our services at any time.
You have the right to request that your details are deleted at any time. We can apply for this to be done. We also offer an archive service, which means that you can be hidden from the system until a time that suits you. The choice is yours.
